New photos of the construction so far!

As the development moves towards completion of its Phase 2, the most recent addition is a three-level project called Las Dunas, a luxury condo complex that incorporates the superior construction and design that is characteristic of the community at El Encanto de La Laguna, in Los Cabos, Mexico. 

The latest addition to the Las Dunas complex offers 9 units over three stories, each with a world-class view of the Sea of Cortez (thanks to the gently terraced topography of the site), and access to a common area that includes a pool, a pergola and a palapa for activities and entertaining. 

Each of the units at Las Dunas offers generous floor plans, with 2 and 3-bedroom units ranging from 2,642 sq. feet to 2,670 Sq. feet of air-conditioned living space, and, with terraces, up to 3,570 sq. feet of total living space. When complete in October of this year, the final Las Dunas complex will complete Phase 2, with Phase 3 to begin in 2020.
