You really have to hand it to the people at El Encanto de La Laguna, they really know how to pick their spots.
Situated on a pristine section of coastline just past Puerto Los Cabos and not far from the farm to table triumvirate of Los Tamarindos, Flora Farm and Acre, El Encanto de La Laguna has carved out a picturesque niche for itself, a residential enclave that began by offering the highest quality in residential design and continues to improve and expand its presence, offering a variety of single family homes and condos overlooking a great unspoiled section of beachfront and the shimmering Sea of Cortez.
El Encanto de La Laguna staked its claim to this undeveloped section of coastline years again, before there was any movement toward La Ribera and the East Cape and now find themselves situated in one of the most active and desirable locations in southern Baja.
As the project has matured they have continued to add amenities and additional units at a measured pace, never building just to build, but continuing to add value to the area and additional residential units as demand warranted.
As the development moves towards completion of its Phase 2, the most recent addition is a three-level project called Las Dunas, a luxury condo complex that incorporates the superior construction and design that is characteristic of the community at El Encanto de La Laguna. The latest addition to the Las Dunas complex offer 9 units over three stories, each with a world class view of the Sea of Cortez (thanks to the gently terraced topography of the site), and access to a common area that includes a pool, a pergola and a palapa for activities and entertaining.
Each of the units at Las Dunas offers generous floor plans, with 2 and 3-bedroom units ranging from 2,642 sq. feet to 2,670 Sq. feet of air conditioned living space, and, with terraces, up to 3,570 sq. feet of total living space. When complete in October of this year, the final Las Dunas complex will complete Phase 2, with Phase 3 to begin in 2020.
