The private areas of the Vera-Neo Beach Club are reserved exclusively for participating members. Membership fees in 2022 started at only $200 a year with only $25. minimum consumption at the pool during certain hours. These are some of the most affordable in Los Cabos while offering one of the most high-quality beachfront locations to relax and mingle with neighbors. Membership is exclusively available to owners of real estate at El Encanto de La Laguna and Flora Farms, and select VIPs.
