Each homeowner has the option of working with the in-house property management team of Francisco Luna. When the owner does so, they are assigned an individual property manager located on-site 7 days a week who is a single-point of contact giving personalized service. Our dedicated team ensures peace of mind when you are away, and allows you to maximize precious time with your family while here in El Encanto.



El Encanto has an administration team called MEC that was originally set up by the developers to manage and care for all of the community matters.  The role of MEC is primarily to manage the different HOA accounts for the community, manage common areas, running a security team, and operating the desalination plant that provides fresh water to the community. Having one specialized team that has been at the community since the inception, and who’s primary focus is aligned with the developers goals of making El Encanto a world class development, are evidenced from the moment you enter the community and see the care that is given to the common areas. The support team shares the vision of the owners and developer, cohesively strategizing daily on making sure that their vision is being accomplished.



Oceanside Management is a full service maintenance team that provides any type of maintenance service one can imagine and is located directly on-site. The property management team of Francisco Luna and the HOA Administration team often use the services of Oceanside Management in either private residences or common areas. Oceanside can also be contracted directly by owners if they would like to make some changes, or have some painting work, or additional landscape work and so on. One company located on-site that guarantees all work is very beneficial to the community in numerous ways ranging from lower traffic of sub-contracted workers to a reliable team always available.
