Dennis Fleming-Sales Director

Dennis Fleming is a west coast native originally from Portland, Oregon who lived in Sacramento California prior to moving to Los Cabos. Dennis studied International business and has over 10 years working in the sales and marketing industry. Since 2008, Dennis has been a permanent resident in Los Cabos and is very well versed in the local real estate market and the different communities.

Dennis has a passion to support and give back to the local community. With many hours volunteered , Dennis works closely with a local organization called “Feeding Los Cabos Kids” who’s primary objective is to feed over 3000 kids a month. Dennis purchased a home in San Jose del Cabo and is happily married with two rescue dogs from the Los Cabos humane society. Dennis enjoys working with clients to identify their specific needs while helping them build and design their dream vacation home. Dennis loves playing golf, enjoys fine dining, outdoor activities, off road fun, and spending time at the beach with friends while enjoying everything that makes Cabo special.
