Aaron Wesselink- General Manager

Aaron Wesselink is a Southern California native who lived in both the Orange County and San Diego areas. Aaron graduated San Diego State University with a bachelors degree in Psychology. Aaron has been a licensed real estate agent in California for almost 12 years and had worked with Re/Max in San Diego as a realtor for approximately 6 years prior to moving to Mexico. Aaron had also gained valuable experience in real estate development by doing a few tear down and re-develop projects in the beach areas of Mission Beach and Point Loma.

When the opportunity arrived for Aaron to assist his father with the real estate development they were starting (El Encanto), Aaron jumped at the opportunity to move to Los Cabos. Aaron has been an integral part of the general management and sales team of the community since 2006. Aaron has a passion for the success of the community and seeing others enjoy what he has found in Los Cabos. As an avid surfer and general outdoor enthusiast, Aaron feels at home in Los Cabos and loves the area of La Laguna and the beauty of Los Cabos.

Alfredo Solorzano- Legal Counsel/Controller

Alfredo Solórzano is the in-house Legal Counsel and Controller for El Encanto de La Laguna. Alfredo has been with the company for 5 years now. Alfredo obtained his attorney degree at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and specialized his studies in corporate agreements. Alfredo spent time studying in the state of Colorado for a one year period giving Alfredo experience with law study in not only Mexico but the U.S. as well. He has vast experience in corporate matters, business agreements, and real estate operations. While living in Mexico City he was an associate at a prestigious law firm that counseled foreign entities in all aspects of their legal entrepreneurs in Mexico and advised on doing business in Mexico in compliance with Mexican law. Alfredo is fully bilingual and multicultural on legal, business and personal aspects. Alfredo enjoys the weather and outdoor lifestyle in Cabo. Alfredo is an avid runner and participates in many marathons and races both locally and internationally.

Beatriz Mondragon- Human Resource and General Administration

Betty Mondragon has been working with the El Encanto de La Laguna team for over 4 years. Betty was born in Mexico City and studied Communication Sciences. Betty had worked for several years in the communication field as well as public relations and advertising field after graduating from the university. Betty decided to go and study photography in Canada which not only was a great experience for her due to the travel and the knowledge in photography, but also really assisted in making Betty bilingual. Once Betty had returned to Mexico City, she and her husband decided to move to Los Cabos to build their lives with their two kids. Betty loves Cabo and is very happy to have moved her family here.
