Rick Wesselink is from Southern California and has called the southern Orange County area his home for the last 25 years. Rick has been an entrepreneur his entire life with most of his emphasis in business being related to residential and commercial real estate developments.
Diverse in background and business interests, Mr. Wesselink is currently involved as the general partner/ manager of multiple real estate investment trusts focusing on commercial, office and residential development and sales. He is currently developing a luxurious golf course in Illinois, in addition to El Encanto de La Laguna.

Mr. Wesselink has been vacationing with his family in Cabo for years and first discovered the area of La Laguna where El Encanto de La Laguna is located in the early 1990′s. Ever since first discovering the area of La Laguna, Rick wanted to make a home of it and share his vision with family and friends. Rick, his wife, and 5 sons enjoy coming to El Encanto and enjoying the many activities Los Cabos has to offer.
With a successful 30 year career in Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management in the field of technology, specifically software and mobile/wireless handheld computers, Steve Galvanoni has been active in Real Estate Development for the last 25 years.
Steve’s success with the 400M Publicly-Held company, Telxon Corporation, one of the leading manufacturer’s in the Handheld Mobile/Wireless Computing industry resulted in the wireless division, Aeronet, being acquired by Cisco for 1.2B in 1999. Telxon’s hardware division was acquired by Symbol Technologies in 1999.
Mr. Galvanoni was a Co-Founder and CEO of ETC (Effective Technology Consultants) in 1998 until the company was acquired by the NYSE entity Titan. Additionally, Steve was CEO and Co-Founder of Softechnics in 1999 that was sold to the NYSE company Mettler.
Steve’s Entrepreneurial spirit for Real Estate resulted in the formation of Wesselink/Galvanoni Holdings with Rick in 1985. Their diverse Residential Real Estate Holdings include the beautiful Beachfront development in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, as well as other properties in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rancho Santa Fe, Coto de Caza and San Clemente California. Additionally, they have developed and currently have ownership interests in 15 Jack-in-the Box locations in Riverside and San Bernadino Counties in California as well as many additional Commercial buildings throughout Southern California.
