Miguel Solorzano- Head Engineer and Construction Supervisor

Miguel Solorzano is originally from Mexico City, however, Miguel has called Los Cabos his home since 2009. Miguel is a Civil Engineer who graduated from one of the top universities in all of Mexico, Universidad Iberoamericana. Miguel also did a lot of post graduate work with focus in project administration and management as well as financing. Miguel has an extensive background in construction projects that range from high-end to low-end housing projects as well as commercial. Miguel worked for some large construction companies in Mexico overseeing thousands of homes and has worked for himself doing several high-end construction projects and commercial projects. Miguel has been the construction manager for El Encanto de La Laguna since early 2009. Miguel has taken a great product and made it even better. With the implementation of many “green” energy efficient systems and new designs, Miguel has had a great impact on making El Encanto homes and condos stand out above our competitors.

Francisco Terrazas Murillo- head architect/supervisor

Francisco Terrazas Murrillo is the in-house architect for the construction team of El Encanto de La Laguna. Francisco has been with El Encanto de La Laguna for over 2 years. He brings many years of experience in architecture and construction management and has made significant impacts on making the construction building process even that much easier for our clients. He specializes in client relations during the construction process and makes sure that every last detail is accounted for. Francisco enjoys being able to sit down with a client and putting their vision and dreams on to paper and shortly after having them live in their dream home. Francisco graduated from the National University in México City and has worked in the construction and architecture field since 1994. Francisco first moved to Los Cabos in 1996 and has worked on numerous high profile projects such as the Ventanas Hotel, the Puerto Paraiso Mall, Terminal 3 San Jose del Cabo airport, the Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach Development, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito Montecristo, and more than 10 single family homes through the general Los Cabos area.

Brenda Cecilia Anaya Arratia – Purchasing Agent

Brenda Cecilia Anaya Arratia is from Torreón, México. Brenda graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de la Laguna with a degree in accounting. Brenda has a total of 12 years of experience in working with material purchase for construction. Brenda has been in Los Cabos for 5 years now. When she first arrived she started working for Gravi Construction which gave her experience in material purchase on numerous projects ranging from hotel sites to roads. When Brenda was working in Torreon the majority of the construction she was involved with had to do with the design and construction of gas stations. Brenda has been an integral part of the El Encanto construction team for the last 2 years. Aside from being a hard worker who is very responsible, she is a pleasure to work with.

Hector David Gurrola Peña- Engineer / Supervisor

Hector is a Civil Engineer who graduated in 2002 from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. Hector has worked as a Construction Resident and Project Coordinator in residential and commercial construction for almost 10 years. Hector was involved in the construction management of some of the most prestigious developments and hotels in Los Cabos such as areas within the Palmilla development, Hotel Grand Regina, the Grand Mayan Los Cabos, and now is a part of the El Encanto construction team. Hector has a great work ethic and knows quality construction.
