An El Encanto de La Laguna home is truly hand crafted from the stone work to the custom cabinetry. The materials used in the construction are of the highest quality and every home is built with extreme attention to detail. Every residence boasts “Hacienda” style architecture that captures the essence of an old world Spanish Hacienda on the beach while at the same time using the latest building technologies to provide low maintenance and energy efficient living. Each home is designed to be exceedingly comfortable and capture a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez.

All residences are built by the in-house El Encanto construction team. There are a total of 6 Hacienda style floorplans. When choosing your lot site, you can choose the floorplan or combine features of the different plans that you like to customize a home to your needs. Our in-house architecture team will site adapt the floorplan of your choice to the lot site of your choice.

All homes come standard with the infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi, palapa bar, swim up bar stools, outdoor cooking area, fire-pit with built in bench seating, and mature landscaping. The homes do not include furnishings, however, the El Encanto staff does work with a manufacturer of Hacienda Style furniture who offer our clients wholesale pricing.

Construction is made very simple with the experienced team of El Encanto de La Laguna. The steps to having your brand new dream home completed are as follows:

Week 1-4- final plans are created and approved
Weeks 4-7 – permits/ site preparation/ buyer selects preliminary details
Ground breaking usually happens between 6-8 weeks from start of process
The home typically reaches 50% completion with the full structure done at about 5 months
At the 50% mark the buyer normally comes to Los Cabos to choose finish details such as stone counters, carpentry style, and so on. There is a selection package that makes the process simple.
The home is fully completed in 9 months from breaking ground.
