Beach Club & Fitness Center

Imagine starting your day off with a work out in the state-of-the art fitness center as you watch the waves lap along the sparkling Sea of Cortez coast followed up by a massage on the beach and then a coffee served to you pool side. The construction of the amenities is the last aspect of the infrastructure that the developer looks forward to implementing. The concept of the Beach Club and Fitness Center is to tie in the service team that is currently established at El Encanto de La Laguna by giving them a front desk type of location to provide the homeowners a team that is easily accessible, able to manage the community operations, and tie all of the lifestyle aspects together into one central location.

There will be three phases of amenities that will be available to all owners of the community. The phase I will be a sport court located at the top of the community, phase II will be the Beach Club and Fitness Center, and the phase III will be the areas across from the Beach Club and Fitness Center that include sporting courts. All three phases will be considered the Beach Club and Fitness Center.

The Beach Club and Fitness Center is not yet constructed, however, the phase I is slated to be started by May of 2012 with the phase II starting sometime in late 2012.

The Beach Club and Fitness Center will have the following amenities:

  • Front Reception Desk for Owners (Concierge, Vacation Rentals, Maintenance, Administration)
  • State-of-the-Art Fitness Center with panoramic Sea of Cortez views
  • Ocean View Yoga/Pilates Room
  • Locker rooms complete with steam room and sauna
  • Large beachfront infinity pool with Jacuzzi
  • Kids pool area
  • Palapa Bar/ Outdoor dining and kitchen areas
  • Owner’s Lounge and Game Room with big screen television area
  • Beach Garage with Beach Toy Rental Service
  • Food Service

The sports areas of El Encanto will include the following:

  • At the top of the community there will be a paddle tennis/ basketball court
  • Tennis court located in the Phase II of the amenities
  • Paddle Tennis located in the phase II of the amenities
  • Pitch and Put Golf located in the phase II of the amenities
