Additional Amenities
Private Casa’s Amenities- All homes come standard with amenities such as infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi, palapa bar with swim up bar stools, an outdoor cooking center, and fire-pit with built in bench seating.
Condo Amenities- All condo phases have their own private areas that are exclusive to that particular phase of condos. The condo phases each have their own large infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi, large palapa bar with swim up bar stools, outdoor cooking areas, lounge areas, bathrooms, showers, and fire-pits with built-in bench seating.
The Beach- One of the best amenities of El Encanto de La Laguna is the spectacular beachfront setting. 
With a 3 mile stretch of white sand between El Encanto and the marina in Puerto Los Cabos, it is perfect for a long sunset run or walk. Typically during the Fall and Winter months the Sea of Cortez is calm and very pleasant for kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling with sightings of passing whales and other sea life being common place.
Outdoor Sports– For many of our owners, they are attracted to the area of “La Laguna” for the wide open areas of the East Cape that are literally alongside our border and allow for our owners to enjoy having their own recreational vehicles such as ATVs, Side-by-Side off road vehicles, or dune buggies. Many owners have kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles as well as snorkeling equipment due to the easy accessibility of the many secluded coves in the immediate area.
