El Encanto is located in a small seaside area of San Jose del Cabo by the name of “La Laguna” which is located on the eastern edge of town only 3 miles directly down the beach from the new marina in Puerto Los Cabos and a 15 minute drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo.
El Encanto de La Laguna sits along the border of the “Fundadores” section of Puerto Los Cabos.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to the marina at PLC, 15 minutes to be in downtown San Jose del Cabo, and 30 minutes to get to the airport.
The location is unique in that it is out of the “hustle and bustle” of town allowing residents to have more views of the beautiful desert meeting the coastline, beaches that are empty, and the sounds of nature versus the sounds of traffic.
The community of El Encanto de La Laguna is a boutique community that will consist of 36 “Las Casas” single family homes and 65 “Villas” Condominiums inside of the main gate. The “Las Villas” condo residences range from 1,700.- 3,200 sq. feet of interior living space, 2-4 bedrooms, as well as ample outdoor terraces. The Las Villas are finished in the same high quality as the Las Casas with the main difference being that they are attached and share one spectacular common area with infinity pool, jacuzzi, palapa bar, outdoor cooking areas, fire-pits and lounge areas. The different condo phases are low density with anywhere from 21-24 units sharing private areas. The residences inside of El Encanto de La Laguna are full ownership, however, there will be a new fractional product introduced sometime in 2012 that will be outside of the front gates near the new amenities that are planned.
